Total Quality Level Award
For the second year in a row Section 1122 has been awarded the “Total Quality Level” by achieving the highest level of SMP in FY03-04 and FY04-05.  

In June 2005 the FY03-04 award was ugraded to "Bronze" level in recognition of quantitative acccomplishments in the areas of membership retention, satisfaction and loyalty.  In March 2006 the FY04-05 award was also upgraded to "Bronze" level.
