Meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month, except December, June, July and August.
The meetings typically include a featured guest speaker and a catered dinner.
ASQ membership is not required and guests are encouraged to attend (for the
same fee as members!).
Reservations must be made by the Monday before the meeting date.
Many of our speakers are executives and managers with local organizations,
and most are members of our Section. Our speakers have included people
from organizations such as Robert Bosch Corp., Trident Technical College,
US Air Force, Showa Denko, Trident Area Community of Excellence,
HCA/Columbia Healthcare, Charleston County Public Schools, South
Carolina state government, Department of the Navy, Santee Cooper,
the ASQ Quality Management Division, Charleston Fire Department,
Medical University of South Carolina, Federal Express, Asten Group,
Nucor Steel, Alumax, Roper Hospital, and others.
The chart below shows survey responses evaluating the quality of the speakers
that we have had at our meetings in recent months. As you can see, we have
been successful in maintaining a high level of quality. Please join us and enjoy
